We are half way through September and Fall is coming fast and furious. What does that mean you ask?!
So it is our Squat Our Way into Fall fundraiser benefiting our amazing athletes that work hard everyday.
Use the rest September to find your sponsors/donors, and determine your squat goal for October.

Let’s all gain a little more fitness in our lives and help our athletes do the same with your donations.

For example: My squat goal for October is 3,100 squats.
During¬† September I’ll get friends, family and or businesses to sponsor me either per squat or a flat donation.
